Cooked Meats

Organising a special function? We can prepare delicious cuts of meat that will be cooked and ready for you to serve at home.

Let our chef prepare the finest cuts of meats.

Choose from:

• Baked ham on the bone.
• Pork sirloin or scotch fillet, whole or sliced.
• Beef tenderloin, scotch fillet, sirloin, whole or sliced.
• Chicken breast, spiced and sliced.
• Akaroa Salmon sides, baked with fresh herbs.

On request we can also order:

• Specialty meat cuts
• Seafood - crayfish, mussels, prawns, whole fish, tuna, bluff oysters and much more.

Sandwiches

Large deli size sandwiches, made with fresh baked bread or wraps and filled with the chef's choice of finest ingredients.

• All sandwiches and wraps $7.90 each

Platters

Beautifully presented, ready to eat antipasto dishes served on our stylish, throw away platters or bring in yours for us to use.

Our platters cater for between 8 to 10 people

• Pre dinner nibbles
• Lunch or dinner
• Sweets
• Seasonal fruits
• Morning/afternoon tea (Freshly baked muffins and sweets + fruit)

Pre dinner nibbles, lunch and dinner platters are accompanied with sliced, fresh baked bread and crackers, ready to put out aside food or on the platter with the food if requested.

We use a range of the best quality local and imported products that will impress you and your guests every time.

Salads

Pre-order your fresh deli salads for your next function- BBQ, wedding, dinner, or picnics. We will prepare and make a selection of delicious, seasonal salads for you to serve at home.

Daily we have a selection of the following salads in our deli cabinet:

• Mixed leafy greens
• Carbo - it may be potato, pasta, rice, couscous
• Roast vegetable medley
• Mixed seasonal vegetables
